You became a yoga teacher because you felt called to this work. Now it's time to grow into the leader you're meant to be.

Firefly's 300-Hour Leadership Training is a 10-module advanced program designed to transform competent teachers into durable, grounded senior leaders — teachers who can hold a room with authority, mentor others with clarity, and build a career that lasts on their own terms.

This is not more choreography. It is a behavioral and energetic leadership system that works from the inside out — combining the wisdom of the chakra system, deep yogic philosophy, and a rigorous behavioral training model to produce teachers who are steady, clear, and genuinely ready to lead.

Whether you want to fill a full schedule of classes, build a private client practice, design and sell your own workshops, offer teacher trainings or simply deepen your presence and authority in the room — this program builds the foundation for all of it. You will leave with a cleaner voice, a regulated nervous system, structural sequencing intelligence, the ability to mentor others, and a 30-year career architecture built entirely around your values and your vision.

And if yoga teaching isn't your full-time path — that's okay too. The skills built in this program don't stay on the mat. Nervous system regulation, emotional containment, clear communication, the ability to hold space without losing yourself — these are leadership skills that transfer directly into how you parent, how you manage a team, how you show up in relationships, and how you lead in any room you walk into. Many of our students come for the yoga and leave transformed in every area of their life.

10 weekends, one weekend a month, July - April.

Friday evenings 5–9pm plus Saturday and Sunday 10–1pm.
