So we booked it for fall.

Intentional yoga practices to help you move, breathe, and settle into your body
Thoughtful breakout sessions that invite reflection, connection, and gentle insight
A guided art experience with our special guest, Tracilynn — a chance to create something beautiful, expressive, and entirely your own
Nourishing breakfast and lunch, prepared so you don't have to think about a thing

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the lake house. Carpooling with fellow attendees is always a great idea!
