I've been quietly building this for months, and I am so ready to finally share it with you.
Camp Firefly is what happens when you take everything you loved about summer camp — the adventures, the belly laughs, the feeling of being completely present — and wrap it in the kind of comfort that makes you forget you're technically roughing it.
This is not your average yoga retreat. There's no rigid schedule, no one trying to fix you, and absolutely no hot dogs on a stick. What there IS is three days of movement, play, connection, and the kind of unapologetic fun and playfulness that adult life has been quietly stealing from you for years.
We're heading to Wildcatter Ranch & Resort in Graham, Texas — 600 acres of pure Texas beauty, and the perfect backdrop to finally, fully exhale.
Think yoga and movement woven into days full of adventure. We have a scavenger hunt planned. A hike through the property. Moments where you forget what day it is — and genuinely don't care.
In between? Chef-curated meals that will absolutely make you forget the word "camp food" was ever associated with this trip. An on-site spa when you're ready to slow down. And evenings around the fire with people who just get it.
I truly believe we stop giving ourselves permission to play somewhere along the way. This weekend is your permission slip.
